What time can l get into my apartment ?
All guests can access their apartment from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
How do check in ?
The Check-in process is self service. Once you confirm your booking, you will receive check-in instructions closer to your date of arrival.
Can l check in early ?
Early check-in is available subject to availability and an early check-in fee. Contact our guest services team to book.
What time do I need to leave by on day of departure?
All guests must leave their apartment by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Can I check-out or leave later than 11:00?
Late check-out is available but is subject to availability and a late check-out fee. Contact our guest services team to book.
About your apartment
Does the apartment have linen included ?
Yes, the beds are made with fresh linen for your arrival. If you are staying over a week, there is weekly housekeeping.
Do you have security at the building ?
We have 24/7 security at all sites.
Do you Wifi?
Yes, we have free fast business-grade broadband in every apartment.
Do the apartments have washing machines?
Yes, all our apartments come fully furnished, including washing machines.
Housekeeping ?
ls housekeeping providing?
Housekeeping is provided weekly for all stays over five nights. If you are staying a shorter period but would like additional housekeeping, we can arrange this for a small fee.
Parking?
Do you have parking ?
We have parking at most sites and can arrange parking for all sites. This is subject to availability and a daily charge.
Parties and Events
Do you accommodate parties and events ?
We have a strict no-party or event policy. We do not allow birthday parties of any age, hen dos', stag parties, basically if it is any party we don't allow it. All apartments are monitored, guests who breach these rules will be removed, and the deposit and full stay fee will be lost.
Pets
Are pets allowed ?
We allow cats and dogs in all our apartments, with a max weight of 15 kg.
Do you charge extra for pets ?
Yes, we do charge for pets. The price is dependent on each apartment. Please contact our team for more details.
Post
Can we have post sent to the apartment ?
You can have post sent to the apartment for stays over 28 nights. However, please notify our guest services team in advance so we can arrange the handover for you.
